Paul Frintrup a classically trained chef with over 25 years of culinary experience. Paul's experience ranges from privately owned Italian restaurants in St. Louis, Mo to some of the most elite private clubs in the country. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management and numerous advanced professional certifications through the American Culinary Federation. Paul is the 2018 Iron Chef winner, an award given by the Arkansas Hospitality Association. Paul and his wife Abbie purchased Gooseberry Handmade Pies in 2019. This is to be a true mom and pop pie shop where pies and sweet treats will be made using only the best ingredients.
