Each item is custom baked and decorated just for you, and we want you to love it. We understand that these are more than just cakes or cookies, they are dreams, memories, and celebrations of accomplishments. Our mission is to spread joy by helping people celebrate life’s sweetest occasions, but sometimes we all fall a little short. If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the items, or is different than what you expected, we will work to make it right. The fastest solution is to contact the bakery and allow them the opportunity to resolve the problem. If you are not happy with the outcome for any reason, please contact our Customer Support team within 60 days after receiving your item.
1. Contact the bakery: Have your order number, contact information, a photo or documentation of the item you received, and information on what you were expecting. You will start the claim process by going to Your Account > Orders > Request Warranty.
2. Contact us: If you are unhappy with the outcome, contact our Customer Support team within 60 day of receiving your order. We will either issue you a full refund, or if time permitting we may have your order fulfilled by another bakery in your area.
We will require that you:
- Are responsive to our requests for additional information and cooperation.
- Filled out the order information correctly.
- Have used reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstances with the bakery prior to making a claim.
Once your claim is submitted to us, a dedicated Frosting team member will be assigned to your case. They’ll review the information provided by you and your bakery, before making a final decision. In some cases, we may need to contact you to gather additional information, before we can make a decision. This guarantee only applies to items purchased in their entirety on Frosting.
